Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Nurse Manager for E4 CVPC, Cardiovascular Progressive Care, you will be responsible for directing the daily operations of the clinical area. Your role involves advocating for resources to ensure efficient, safe, and compassionate nursing care, integrating evidence-based practices, and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

Essential Accountabilities:

  • Provide leadership by supervising and coordinating clinical care.
  • Collaborate with nursing leadership to drive organizational initiatives.
  • Support the professional development of staff and colleagues.
  • Work as part of the team to achieve business objectives.
  • Adhere to Mission Health Guiding Principles.
  • Recruit, welcome, and mentor new employees to foster growth and retention.
What qualifications you will need:

Required Education: BSN or equivalent.

Preferred Education: Master's Degree in Nursing.

Required License/ Certifications:

  • Active RN licensure with the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
  • National Certification in a specialty area within one year.
  • BLS Healthcare Provider certification.

Required Experience: Minimum five years of nursing experience, including leadership roles.

Preferred Experience: Previous leadership experience.
