Job Description: Customer Service / Office Aide

We are currently seeking a dedicated and friendly individual to join our team as a Customer Service / Office Aide in Temple, Georgia. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and computer skills.

- Exceptional filing skills with great attention to detail.

- Impeccable written grammar and communication skills.

- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated history of excellent attendance and punctuality.

- Polished and professional office appearance.

- Organizational and multitasking abilities.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation: $23 per hour

Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally, ensuring their satisfaction at all times.

- Utilize Microsoft Outlook to manage schedules, appointments, and coordinate meetings effectively.

- Demonstrate exceptional filing skills, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible.

- Maintain a polished and professional appearance, reflecting the values and standards of our office.

- Exhibit polished written grammar skills when composing emails, letters, and other correspondence.

- Display excellent phone etiquette, projecting a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions.

- Uphold excellent attendance and punctuality, ensuring reliable and consistent presence in the office.

- Possess a steady job history, demonstrating reliability and commitment to previous employers.
