It builds a reliable, flexible, and intelligent CRM operation platform for account managers of various countries and industries, providing large-scale operation, one-stop operation solutions, and intelligent tools, thereby improving the efficiency of e-commerce operations, and is also responsible for the business goals of customer growth. Responsibilities
- Develop efficient, highly scalable and secured services to build/integrate e-Commerce CRM solutions for TikTok Shop in the US
- Develop and Optimize backend systems and services for data security, modularity, computational efficiency and scalability across all product engineering disciplines.
- Collaborate with PM and R&D teams globally, in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
- 2 to 5 years of experience developing highly scalable backend services and systems using at least one programming language like Java/Golang/Python.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exhibit good problem solving skills and team communication / collaboration skills
- Great to have large-scale system design experience
- Great to have E-Commerce products experience

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $ $237500 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
