Note: The pay rate for this job is $20 - $22 / hour

Responsibilities:

  • Operate/maneuver bobcat and/or skid steer for grading and dirt moving.
  • Check daily to ensure equipment functions properly and in a safe manner.
  • Clean, maintain and make basic repairs to equipment.
  • Ensure equipment is safely and securely stored when not in use.
  • Coordinate with crew members in response to hand and/or audio signals.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience operating a bobcat and/or skidsteer.
  • Ability to dig ditches Ability to read grades and follow through on HEO.
  • Ability to meet at shop on time every morning to ride out to job sites.
  • All PPE - steel toe boots, hard hat, high vis vest, gloves, eye protection, ear protection.
  • Reliable transportation Work well as a team or independently, as needed.
  • Be reliable and committed to finishing each project until the end with minimal or no absences.
  • Demonstrate good communication skills with employer and supervisor.
  • Have a positive and results driven attitude to work quickly and efficiently.
  • Ability to work in variable weather (cold, heat, windy, etc).
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Must be able to pass.
