Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

· Proven experience (5+ years) as a Program Manager or similar role, leading complex projects, and programs within a large organization.

· Strong project management skills with proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

· Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach and a track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high quality.

· Experience in managing diverse project portfolios, including IT, business transformation, and organizational change initiatives.

· Solid understanding of program governance, risk management, and compliance requirements.

· PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable.

· Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet) and MS Office suite.

Roles andResponsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead the Project Management Office (PMO). As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple projects within the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, optimizing resources, and delivering successful outcomes. This role requires strong leadership, project management expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Telecom Domain experience is a must.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead and manage the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure effective delivery of projects and programs across the organization.


• Develop and implement project management methodologies, processes, and standards to drive consistency and efficiency.


• Define and maintain the program governance framework, including roles, responsibilities, and escalation procedures.


• Coordinate project portfolios, prioritize initiatives, and allocate resources based on strategic priorities and business objectives.


• Provide leadership and direction to project managers and project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.


• Monitor project performance, track key metrics, and report on progress to stakeholders, including senior management and executive sponsors.


• Conduct regular reviews and audits of project activities to identify risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement.


• Facilitate communication and collaboration across project teams, functional departments, and external stakeholders.


• Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption and integration of new initiatives and processes.


• Serve as a point of contact for escalated project issues and provide timely resolution and decision-making.


• Champion continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO, driving efficiency, quality, and value-added services.


• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in project management and organizational development.
