Key Responsibilities:
Painting and Finishing: Perform painting tasks, including surface preparation, priming, painting, and finishing, using various techniques and tools.
Surface Repair: Repair and patch walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed prior to painting.
Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and clean painting equipment and tools to ensure their proper functioning and longevity.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, using appropriate safety gear and ensuring a safe work environment.
Collaboration: Work closely with other engineering team members and departments to coordinate painting projects efficiently.

Qualifications:
Qualifications

Must hold valid authorization to work in the USA.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Experience: Previous experience in professional painting, including knowledge of different painting techniques and finishes.
Skills: Strong painting skills with an eye for detail and the ability to create smooth, consistent, and visually appealing finishes.
Color Matching: Proficiency in accurately matching and blending paint colors to achieve desired results.
Safety Consciousness: Commitment to safety practices and awareness of potential hazards in the workplace.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues and demonstrating a positive and cooperative attitude.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and tasks, ensuring timely completion of projects.
