Job Description

As the Graphic Designer for Casamigos, this person must have proficient knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign) with a mastery of design fundamentals, including strong layout and typographic skills with experience spanning both traditional print and digital.

This position requires the execution of on-brand visual content for various media such as small and large scale print, digital graphics, marketing collateral, product packaging and custom art requests. It's essential to work closely with the Senior Art Director in the development of projects to ensure that the Casamigos brand standards are met with visual consistency across all creative projects. Managing multiple design projects simultaneously from concept to completion is a must, while ensuring each project deadline is met. The ability to collaborate with the design team allows us to effectively manage our creative projects and enhance the department's productivity.

This is a fast-paced position that requires the skills to prioritize and manage creative tasks, be proactive and detail oriented, have strong organizational skills and an ability to identify new creative ways to support the brand while working independently or as part of a larger team within tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Project intake: Document all new projects within the Asana work management platform. Confirm requests with follow-up emails outlining in-hand delivery dates, size specifications, quantities and creative content.
• Implement high-quality graphics, images, point of sale and marketing materials with attention to detail while ensuring the best creative work is produced that aligns with the brands direction, feedback and expectations.
• Work closely with the Senior Art Director in developing strategic design solutions that meet the brands objectives and to understand project requirements, constraints and goals.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously from concept to completion by ensuring all deliverables are on time, within budget and meet the best quality standards.
• Translate brand guidelines into visually appealing print and digital graphics.
• With simple instructions, work creatively and efficiently to bring design to life.
• Generate ideas to develop effective, results-driven creative marketing concepts.
• Collaborate closely with design team to ensure consistent brand representation across all design elements.
• Communicate with Sales Team on custom art requests, create designs and edit copy for promotional/marketing materials based on Sales Team information.
• Respond quickly and efficiently to changing priorities in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
• Create BrandMuscle templates for both distributor use and Sales Team use.
• Prepare, package and send final artwork files to printer for production (Brand Muscle).
• Proof artwork from outside vendor for brand standards, such as: Brand Muscle
• Operate with a solid grasp on Casamigos' brand standards; internalize and maintain those standards and guidelines in all work.
• Open communication/interaction with design team, sales team and leaders.
• Proactively seek team feedback and opportunities for growth to improve design proficiency that will contribute to the brand's success.
• Help innovate and bring new energy to the brand with fresh ideas, industry developments and tools by staying updated on design trends
