About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a talented QA Engineering (Manual QA) to join our QA Engineering team.

You will be responsible for design, implementation, and execution of functional test solutions for Seekr products. From your first day, you will make a valuable — and valued — contribution. Duties and Responsibilities:

You will work with the team to develop and maintain test cases, perform functional testing of content, data and online applications. The candidate will write test scripts, use cases and test scenarios to validate the design and implementation for new and existing products.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of professional experience as a Software Test Engineer or similar role highly focused on software testing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience in the industry.
  • Experience in designing, creating, and executing complex test plans
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to quality and high standards with close attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles (waterfall, agile)
  • Strong understanding of software quality assurance processes and automated tools
  • Knowledge of and ability to perform in highly dynamic environment
  • Experience in automated testing is a plus
  • Must be a team player, highly organized with excellent people skills
  • Solid hands-on QA experience with proven analytical and testing skills
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle processes
  • Experience analyzing requirements for ambiguity and testability
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Quality Assurance methodologies and processes
  • Experience contributing to, and analyzing software development, systems integration, and project process improvements
  • Demonstrated success in delivering and reporting processes test planning and optimized results.
  • Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Motivated self-starter, with a high capacity for rapid learning and meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communications skills, ability to work with diverse personality types
  • A keen interest in various aspects of language processing is essential in our multi-disciplinary team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience in the industry.

The following experience is a plus:

  • Experience in automated API testing is a plus
  • Experience with testing mobile application is a plus
