Job Description

Conduct salary benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation.Develop and implement pay structures aligned with market standards.Manage merit increase and bonus structures.Handle job classification and compensation analysis.Collaborate with HR and finance departments.Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Provide expert advice on compensation matters to senior management.Prepare reports and presentations on compensation data and trends.

The Successful Applicant

3-4 years of experience as a Compensation Analyst or in a similar role.Strong analytical and project management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in compensation analysis tools and software.Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to compensation.Experience from another law firm is advantageous.
