Job Description
Conduct salary benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation.Develop and implement pay structures aligned with market standards.Manage merit increase and bonus structures.Handle job classification and compensation analysis.Collaborate with HR and finance departments.Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Provide expert advice on compensation matters to senior management.Prepare reports and presentations on compensation data and trends.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
3-4 years of experience as a Compensation Analyst or in a similar role.Strong analytical and project management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in compensation analysis tools and software.Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to compensation.Experience from another law firm is advantageous.What's on OfferHybrid work schedule: 2 days onsite per week.Competitive compensation: $115-140k base salary.Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and retirement plans.Opportunities for professional development and growth within the firm.
