Position Overview:

Job Title: Dual Licensed Massage/Esthetician
Location: Cheeca Lodge & Spa, Islamorada, Florida Keys
Key Responsibilities:Deliver a range of services including massages, facials, body treatments, and other wellness therapies in various settings such as our spa, poolside, and guest suites.
Collaborate with the Lead Therapist and Spa Director to enhance service delivery.
Personalize guest experiences based on individual preferences and needs, offering recommendations for at-home care products to extend the benefits of treatments.
Ensure treatment facilities and setups are prepared and maintained to meet the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
Support daily spa operations, assist in product inventory management, and participate in ongoing professional training.
Use sales skills to promote and sell spa products effectively.
Qualifications:Possession of both Florida State Esthetician and Massage Therapy Licenses.
Minimum of one year of experience in both massage and esthetics, preferably in a luxury spa environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with guests.
Proficiency in computer use.
Previous sales experience is a plus.
