Key job responsibilities

  • Define and drive the strategic roadmap for the Alexa Shopping Science team, aligning with business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Be the Single Point of Contact between Alexa Shopping Science, AGI and delivery teams.
  • Manage the endtoend program lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams, product managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure successful program execution.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; escalate issues and drive resolution as needed.
  • Develop detailed project plans, track progress against milestones, and provide regular status updates to leadership and crossfunctional teams.
  • Facilitate decisionmaking processes, driving alignment and consensus across various teams and stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance program delivery efficiency and quality.
7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience

  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • 3+ years of software development experience
  • 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
