Aloha Four Seasons Resorts Lana'i is seeking a Engineering Coordinator.

JOIN OUR 'OHANA

The Engineering Coordinator is responsible for providing support and clerical expertise to Engineering Department and respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons' policies.

This position is ideal for a team oriented, versatile, well groomed hospitality professional . You will be an experienced professional with recognized engineering understandings of administrative skills such as typing, filing, copying, and answering telephones according to Four Seasons standards, plus have a good understanding of Order and maintain departmental supplies. Run monthly, quarterly, and annual reports from Workday Comply with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact. Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work area. Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. Previous experience in a hotel / hospital environment is desirable for this position. Flexible working schedule is required. US work authorization is required unless candidate is currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location.
