Prostate Cancer); Administration of coagulation factors; EPIC documentation; SBAR communication Oher Details: COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions OnlyFlu Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Required - Medical Exemptions Only Infusion RN for outpatient clinic; pt per day with busy mornings and slower afternoons. Regular use of Alaris pumps, phlebotomy, picc line care, port access, and vein finder. 24 hours orientation, 8 of which are on floor (more if needed). Caribbean Blue/Teal scrubs, not provided. 1st time traveler OK. 2 years' experience REQUIRED, 3 preferred. No on call, no weekends, no float.
