Direct Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Direct Sales Representative to join our team at Boss Exteriors in Canby, Oregon.

As a Direct Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new leads and building strong relationships with potential clients to promote and sell our exterior home improvement products and services.

This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a competitive base salary and commission structure.

Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive compensation package of $50,000 to $80,000 per year, paid on a semi-monthly basis. In addition, you will have the opportunity to receive uncapped commission based on your sales performance. We also offer benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and advancement opportunities within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Showcase and present our products and services to potential clients in a professional and persuasive manner
• Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly targets and quotas
• Provide exceptional customer service and postsale support to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives
• Keep updated on industry trends, products, and services to effectively communicate and sell to potential clients
• Maintain accurate and uptodate sales records and reports using CRM software

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration is a plus
• Proven work experience as a Direct Sales Representative or similar role in a salesdriven environment
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building and maintaining relationships
• Highly selfmotivated and able to work independently
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other salesrelated tools
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
