About Norelle Health. Norelle health is a specialty practice based out of Manhattan that prides itself on providing best in class care for conditions related to the head and neck region. Currently, the group consists of 6 fellowship trained otolaryngologists and is seeking to expand services to include comprehensive head and neck cancer care. The practice serves the largest catchment area outside of Manhattan and serves as the busiest private head and neck practice in Manhattan.
Position Highlights:
We currently have turn-key head and neck volume70-90 Thyroid/Parathyroid Surgeries per year20-30 Parotid Surgeries per yearAverage 1-2 major head and neck ablative surgeries per month requiring microvascular reconstructionSupport for fostering and growth of TORS programRobust in-house diagnostic testing facilityFull complement of support teams to assist with patient careResponsibilities:Responsible for diagnosing and treating diseases and injuries of the ear, nose, throat, pharynx, sinuses, larynx, thyroid, oral cavity, salivary glands, and esophagusExamines patients in clinic and performs surgical procedures as neededConsult with patients to understand their health concerns and perform specialized tests to diagnose and treat patientsConsult with patient s primary care physician and other specialistsCompensation & Benefits Highlights:Competitive compensation guarantee, quality and productivity bonus incentivesCompany paid malpractice insurance with tail coveragePhysician partnership & incentive opportunitiesCareer Growth and Development supportYou will have access to collaborate in local and national clinical and advisory councils, a network of mentors, and the ability to attend annual clinical & cultural related events and forums.Required Qualifications:Unrestricted licensure in the state of (NY) at time of employmentBoard Certification or board eligibility in OtolaryngologyActive and unrestricted DEA license or ability to obtain prior to start
