Your role

• provide support to our clients on customized recordkeeping and administration requests on an on-going basis
• work with the Service Delivery Team and clients to develop customize reports for Corporate Clients
• identify data solutions for complex data requests received from our Corporate Clients, i.e., status rules
• maintain expert product knowledge for timely issue resolution and accurate response to product feature related inquiries
• stay abreast of the latest product development tools and techniques
• analyze customer requirements and assist with providing optimal product feature solutions

Your team

You'll be joining the WWS Equity Program Management team. This team is focused on providing white glove service to our corporate clients and their plan participants in support of our industry leading equity plan platform and offering that will exceed corporate client and end user expectations.

UBS provides equity plan administration and wealth management services to corporate plan sponsors and their plan participants. Our goal is to provide effective corporate solutions to drive new and retain existing corporate relationships and provide insight and advice to participants regarding their equity plan awards and broader financial wellness to drive additional wealth management business.

The team takes great pride in the service we provide our clients, and the high marks received on internal and external industry surveys. WWS is one of the key initiative growth businesses within UBS Wealth Management (WM) and serves as a qualified lead generator for the broader UBS Wealth Management business. We are a leading provider of advisory, recordkeeping, financial reporting, and execution services for public companies and their equity plan participants.

Your expertise


• understanding of equity plan compensation
• exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritize workload
• experience as a technology solutions developer
• proficiency in Plan Admin Pro or other equity plan enterprise solutions
• ability to collaborate across the organization and influence key stakeholders
• strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all departments and levels internally and externally
• track record of successful delivery working across multiple teams, on multiple projects in a fast paced market driven environment
