We are on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and embody the Dairy Queen brand. If you thrive in a fast-paced, enjoyable environment, we want to hear from you Our ideal candidates are proactive, take ownership of their responsibilities, and have a knack for creating memorable experiences for our customers.

Job Functions:

  • Represent the Dairy Queen brand with professionalism in all aspects of your role
  • Welcome and engage with customers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
  • Go above and beyond to meet customer expectations and deliver top-notch service
  • Assist in overseeing specific restaurant areas during shifts
  • Ensure efficient service by managing work pace and addressing any workflow issues
  • Support the GM and Assistant Manager(s) in training and mentoring team members
  • Maintain a well-organized, fully staffed, and welcoming restaurant environment
  • Handle customer concerns calmly and in line with Dairy Queen's service standards
  • Collaborate effectively with management and team members
  • Set performance benchmarks and lead by example
  • Demonstrate a true commitment to excellence at all times
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in high-volume quick-service restaurants
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to supervise specific business areas in a fast-paced setting
  • Proficient in safe food handling procedures, ServSafe certification preferred
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Capable of working under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Exhibit good manners, personal hygiene, and punctuality
  • Bring a positive attitude and sense of fun to the role
Required qualifications:
  • Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred qualifications:
  • Minimum age of 16 years
  • High school diploma or higher
