What you will do
Lets do this. Lets change the world. In this vital role you will be a part of the Process Development Drug Substance Technology group at Amgens FleX Batch Biologics Manufacturing Facility. The Process Development Associate will help design and perform experiments at the bench scale that span the end-to-end Drug Substance process, covering cell culture and/or purification operations. In this role, you will apply established platform approaches and use problem-solving skills to rapidly solve day-to-day experimental challenges. Additionally, the Process Development Associate will use thinking out-of-the-box to contribute to technology development and will demonstrate the desire to expand and develop expertise in cell culture and/or purification, thereby further contributing to the integrated group.
Apply a fundamental understanding of Upstream (Cell Culture) bioprocessing to support biologics technology transfer, process validation, and plant start-upSupport continuous process verification, process monitoring, optimization, complex investigation, and product life cycle managementEnsure safety and compliance of process development activitiesProvide process on floor process support as requiredProvide support for regulatory filing, inspection, and other CMC activitiesWinWhat we expect of you We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients.
