This position is being recruited under 10 USC 1599f into the Cyber Excepted Service and does NOT convey eligibility to be converted to the Competitive Service. It has been identified as a position necessary to carry out and support the mission of the US Cyber Command.

It is in the Professional Work Category at the Senior Work Level within the CES Occupational Structure. It is located in the DISA - DBC/DEVELOPMENT AND BUSINESS CENTER.

• Serves as a project manager for projects responding to requirements requests from internal and external DISA customers and stakeholders.
• Analyzes functional and resource requirements and utilizes extensive knowledge of operating systems, applications software, and IT policies/procedures in order to develop viable IT solutions and alternatives.
• Coordinates and integrates all project activities to include managing project resources and actions to mitigate risk.
• Coordinates with the MPEO representatives to collect the required information from the Requirements Requestor and upload information into the project management/tracking tool.
• Reviews completed work to see that the project work priorities, methods, and quality of the deliverables are met. Monitors assigned projects to ensure compliance with Federal and DoD policy, regulations, guidance and directives.
