As a Seasonal Plant Helper, you will play a crucial role in the functioning of a Paving Materials Plant. Work with other terminal members and assist with truck loading and unloading operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in training new drivers on safety procedures.
  • Monitor loading/unloading processes.
  • Take samples and deliver to the lab for quality assurance testing.
  • Perform light maintenance duties such as painting, sweeping, and general yard maintenance.
    Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, ability to follow safety protocols, and willingness to work in an industrial-based setting that is both indoors and outdoors.

    Working Hours: Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM.

    Hourly Rate: Hourly rate starts at $22 - $23 per hour depending on experience.
