Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesOperator will be responsible but not limited to assembling mechanical hardware onto PCB assemblies, de-paneling PCB's, prepping hardware / electronic components and wires, wash boards in aqueous cleaner or assigned designated board cleaner.At times will also interact with engineers to help process prototype assemblies.Verify all assembly / work order documentation, inventory and tooling using ERP system and assembly aids.General housekeeping and proper disposal of cleaning supplies and chemicals (i.e. solder, solder paste, flux etcShould be able to hand solder and rework a variety of SMT, thru-hole components and wires.Should also have a high attention to detail with recognizing and reworking solder and component defects.Should have experience using a variety of tools for rework i.e. hot air, solder pot, soldering iron tweezers etc.Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision using microscope, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
