General summary

Stier Supply Company is currently seeking driven, self-motivated individuals to join our Receiving Team at our Distribution Center. As a 1st shift Receiver, you will play a crucial role in the unloading and transferring of materials while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsiblities

  • Unloading delivery trucks (flatbeds in yard and van loads in the dock)
  • Complete receiving in BisTrack (our EPR system) - matching delivery to purchase order, noting exceptions/damages, scanning paperwork, etc.
  • Transfer material from staging to secondary and primary locations.
  • Conduct all cycle counts to the defined schedule.
  • Follow all procedures regarding the maintenance of our visual warehouse- label locations, load locations, in BisTrack, segregate material accordingly.
  • Work with production areas to determine and conduct necessary stock adjustments on a daily basis.
  • Additional duties as required by the Receiving and Inventory Lead

Required

  • Forklift (Sit down and stand up) and Combi-lift experience
  • Attention to detail, places a great importance on accuracy.
  • Previous Experience working in Receiving
  • Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
  • Comfortable and able to work in both warehouse conditions and office conditions.
  • Good Work history and Reliable Attendance
  • Flexibility to work overtime as required
