Job OverviewWe are currently recruiting for a Traffic Specialist in Longview, Texas. Komatsu offers competitive pay, benefits, merit increases and bonus potential.
Key Job ResponsibilitiesWork Safe and be an advocate for safety Coordination with freight forwarders and trucking companies to ensure all documentation meets destination. Works with high integrity and complies with corporate guidelines and business ethics Ship out machine down order, daily stock orders, drop shipments, supplier return and repairs Work with forwarder to arrange pickups on export orders Call freight carriers for freight pick up Enter domestic shipments in to TMC Review BOLS's, sign and attach pro labels Print pick tickets, invoices and create packing slips Work in SAP. Record shipment data in traffic log, scan all related shipping documents into a folder Schedule small export shipments with DHL and FedEx Express Set all shipments to invoice daily Work drop shipmentsQualifications/Requirements
Work experience, preferably in warehouse. Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or similar highly preferred. Successful completion of background investigation and drug screening. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong people skills and ability to work effectively with a team. Agile, dexterous, and undeterred by heights and adverse climatic conditions. Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. safely. Positive work history and ability to maintain solid attendance. Available to work extended hours.Additional Information
