CAS SPECIALISTS

An established accounting firm with over 50 years of expertise in accounting, tax, and business consulting services is seeking a CAS Specialist. We specialize in assisting individuals, small business owners, and entrepreneurs, particularly in the real estate sector. As a Client Advisory Services (CAS) Specialist you will manage all accounting needs within our CAS department.

What you do:

  • Managing the full accounting cycle, including A/P, A/R, payroll, and financial reporting.
  • Performing bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • Utilizing various accounting software tools such as QuickBooks (online & desktop), Microsoft Suite, ADP, and Jetpack.
  • Applying comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Working independently with strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

What you need:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles, full accounting cycle, A/P, A/R, payroll, financial reporting, and bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (online & desktop), Microsoft Suite, ADP, Jetpack, and related software.
  • Strong analytical aptitude, conceptual thinking, and the ability to self-manage.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping.

Pay: $70k-$80k

Education: Bachelor's (Required)

Experience: Public Accounting experience: 3+ years (Required)

License/Certification: CPA License (Preferred)
