Job Description:


The IAM team at our global client in the aerospace and defense industry is looking to build out and expand their current Ping Environment and have a ton of new projects they're focusing on.

They currently have a backlog of about 70 applications that need to be integrated with their SSO environment (PingFederate). They are also looking to upgrade their Linux environment from Red Hat 7 to Red Hat 8 to support their hybrid cloud innovations so huge opportunity for some to work with emerging cloud technologies

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience as a Security Engineer with heavy focus on SSO integrations
o Application Integration experience with PingFederate & PingAccess

  • 5+ years' hands-on experience installing, deploying, upgrading and configuring Ping Federate Software and applications servers
o Hands-on experience with SiteMinder, LDAP, Active Directory, SAML & AuthO

  • Extensive experience in a Linux environment
o Linux Systems Admin experience would be a BIG PLUS

  • Experience working in a cloud environment (Azure, AWS, On-prem, etc).
  • Experience installing and SSL certificates on web servers and application servers
  • Experience in an Agile environment
Nice to have:

  • Experience or knowledge of Red Hat 8 (RHEL 8)
Responsibilities
:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional team to integrate applications with SSO solutions.
  • Provide support for a variety of SSO tools such as Ping Federate, Ping Access, and any new emerging technologies.
  • Assist with troubleshooting of user issues related to SSO integrations.
  • Develop documentation, workflow diagrams, and assist with the creation of test scripts as needed.
  • Identify and communicate risks/issues and provide recommendations on potential fixes.
