Provide continuous patient observation, monitoring and reporting to prevent complications and restore the patient to health.
Interpret vital signs, signs and symptoms of deterioration in condition, and normal and abnormal cardiac rhythms.
Initiate life-saving measures, which include, but are not limited to cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
Administer and monitors the use of medications.
Serve as a Clinical Staff Nurse on medical/surgical/pediatric wards/ambulatory surgery center and ambulatory clinics.

Provide information on disease process, pre and post-operative care, diagnostic procedures, use of equipment related to disease/care, health maintenance, etc.

Provide nursing care to highly complex patients in consistently present with real or potential life-threatening emergencies, chronic illnesses, diseases and involve labor intense nursing interventions.
