Integrates and validates new hardware, software products, versions and maintenance levels within SSANet.
Performs software planning, installation and management at remote sites.

Conducts analyses, simulations, benchmarks and feasibility studies relative to changes in business applications, business processes, systems support software, Federal regulations and changes in Agency strategic direction.

Works continuously with the appropriate levels of management and with members of the staff in offices throughout SSA to provide liaison and assistance, and participates in planning activities that affect hardware and software.
