This role is with the Cognizant PEGA Practice within Enterprise Platform Services Team (PEGA-EPS). We partner with clients to power engagements across the PEGA ecosystem. With over 2000 Certified Professionals and 150 plus clients. Cognizant is the world's largest PEGA partner of choice and recognized by industry analyst for expertise and service depth. With 19 years of consecutive PEGA awards including earning the 2022 PEGA's Global Elite Partner distinction and 2023 PEGA industry excellence Award in Telecommunications.

Job Description:

Pega Certified –CSSA

Hands on experience on PEGA 8.x versions.

Expert in implementing integrations such as REST and exception handling.

Experience in OAuth authentication

Experience on creating technical rules such as Data Pages, Activities, Data transforms, Flows, Case Types, Decision rules etc. following the branching strategy.

Adhere to the best practices including but not limited to Pega and team specific Guardrails.

Review alert logs to ensure quality standards. Run pre-flight and PAL to insure performance and quality.

Good understanding of UX/UI and experience on working with Portals, Skins, Flow Action, Sections and all the UI components.

Hands on Background Jobs (job schedular and queue processor) Implementation and configuration.

Experience in Admin Studio configurations and must be able to improve the performance of application.

Experience in Oracle and SQL Database operations

The annual salary for this position will be based on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
