Job Description Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.

Responsibilities and expectations:
  • Physically sit at Manchester Facility 3 Days a Week
  • Manage appointments and staff calendars for effective and efficient time management.
  • Schedule tag up meetings or other meetings as requested; Schedule PDRs; Schedule Team Training
  • Staff meetings – plan and execute. Ensure that charts are ready to present through Teams
  • Managing schedule priorities
  • Manage and record meeting action items
  • Submits visitor requests for both incoming outgoing
  • Maintains supplies for assigned areas to support staff needs
  • Catering requests as required
  • Booking conference rooms for internal/external meetings
  • Customer meetings - Logistics support for meetings (parking, visitor info, clearances, signs, food, internet access, hardcopies, action item/attendee sheets
  • Schedule/Support Monthly Future Capabilities Reviews
  • Coordination and execution of PL All Hands meetings
  • Coordination of potential Offsite meetings
  • Furniture/Maximo requests and support execution as needed
  • Potentials of must have: Pcard/Amex card/company phone for during the day communication.
  • Support with the Future Capabilities Sharepoint site
  • Takes on stretch assignments for advancement and growth opportunities
  • Reviews incoming mail, prepares correspondence, schedules meetings
  • Make recommendations to improve processes, contribute to peers
  • Knowledgeable on company policies or know where to find and refer when asked
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor to support business needs more inclusive with team
  • Provides general administrative support to the leadership team and employees.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $ $84260

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
