Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Engineer with a background in the Chemical Industry/Fiber spinning to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Fiber spinning, Process development, Nonwoven materials, Chemical safety, and Material science.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Development: Lead and manage process development projects related to Fiber spinning and Nonwoven materials.
- Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize products using Fiber spinning techniques.
- Design of Experiment (DOE): Utilize DOE methodologies to improve process efficiency and product quality.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure product consistency and compliance with industry standards.
- Manufacturing Support: Provide technical support to manufacturing operations, troubleshoot process issues, and optimize production processes.
- Chemical Safety: Ensure adherence to chemical safety protocols and regulations in all process and product development activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in the Chemical Industry/Fiber spinning background.
- Proven track record in Process & Product development, with a focus on Nonwoven materials.
- Strong understanding of Design of Experiment (DOE) methodologies.
- Experience in Quality control and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
