Job Summary:

As an Infra Ops Specialist with a focus on Sailpoint Identity IQ you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our identity and access management systems. With 14 to 17 years of experience you will ensure the seamless operation of our infrastructure contributing to the security and efficiency of our IT environment

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and maintenance of Sailpoint IdentityIQ solutions to ensure robust identity and access management.
  • Oversee daily operations of identity and access management systems ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Sailpoint IdentityIQ.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate identity management solutions with other IT systems.
  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures for identity and access management to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of identity management systems to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and security.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on best practices and advanced techniques in identity management.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of identity management activities and incidents.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects related to identity and access management.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in identity management to continuously improve our systems.
  • Provide strategic input on the development and implementation of IT security policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Possess extensive experience with Sailpoint IdentityIQ demonstrating deep technical expertise.
  • Have a strong background in identity and access management with a focus on security and compliance.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Show proficiency in developing and enforcing IT policies and procedures.
  • Have experience in conducting audits and assessments of IT systems.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 7/16/2024.

The annual salary for this position is between $99,000 to $116,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
