Manage projects in a multidisciplinary social sciences team researching the economic impacts of environmental phenomena, including but not limited to severe or inclement weather, and of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's (NOAA) investments to address these impacts.
Conduct economic impact analysis. Perform economic valuation studies and publish research results. Collaborate on how governmental and non-governmental entities benefit from products and services, research, and data. Implement and interpret results of research to stakeholders. Oversee and participate in the preparation of documents detailing results of research, including journals, NOAA publications, and online.
Collect and disseminate data on economic facts and research. Provide data on how businesses rely on and impact ecosystems.
NOTE:
The above duties are described at the full performance level of ZP-4; the ZP-3 is developmental leading to such performance.
