They also refer a large number of surgical cases, especially those that will require intensive post-op nursing care. This is a clinic where a new grad or experienced DVM can advance their skill set in a supportive environment with an excellent safety net. A strong interest in surgery would be a great fit here With an average assistant/tech to doctor ratio of 3:1, we value our amazing team of licensed veterinary nurses, who provide phenomenal support to our doctor team.
