Full Time Thoracic Surgery Physician Assistant

The Health Quest Medical Practice Division of Thoracic Surgery is seeking a board-certified full-time thoracic surgical physician assistant to join its group at Vassar Brothers Medical Center. The department consist of 3 Thoracic Surgeons. This position is hospital focused with limited office exposure.
Job Requirements:
- The qualified candidate will be a graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program and be NCCPA certified as well as possess strong surgical and patient management experience.
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, surgical first assisting, daily rounds, consults, admissions and discharges. Will work with vascular surgery as needed.
- Candidates with at least one year of surgical experience preferred. New graduates will be considered.
