• Board Certification: Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Dermatology.
• Medical Dermatology Skills: Expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide range of skin conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, and skin cancer. Proficiency in performing skin biopsies, cryotherapy, and other dermatologic procedures. Strong knowledge of dermatological pharmacology.
• Surgical Dermatology Skills: Experience with surgical procedures such as excisions, Mohs surgery, and other dermatologic surgeries. Ability to perform precise and effective surgical interventions.
• Cosmetic Dermatology Skills: Experience with cosmetic procedures such as Botox, dermal fillers, chemical peels, laser treatments, and skin rejuvenation techniques. An artistic eye for delivering natural-looking results tailored to each patient's needs.
• Patient-Centered Care: Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and personalized treatment plans.
• Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate effectively with patients, explaining treatment options and care plans clearly.
• Team Player: Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Clinical Oversight: Ability to independently oversee and provide clinical care to patients.
