Our client is currently seeking a HR Coordinator for their manufacturing facility in Kansas City. The HR Coordinator will help meet the goals and objectives of the organization by maintaining, supporting and enhancing the organization's talent, culture and functional excellence, while building a strong partnership with the business leaders. They will have responsibility to assist in the execution of HR processes, policies and programs, working closely and taking direction from the Human Resources Manager. This is an entry level position The Coordinator will handle Talent Acquisition, Payroll and lower level HR functions while developing their skills in other HR Areas on their way to a generalist position. This is a large, growing company with 30+ locations domestically offering abundant advancement opportunity

This job will have the following responsibilities:
  • Administer policies & procedures
  • Assist in the Talent Acquisition, Onboarding and Orientation Processes following all Federal, Local and Company requirements
  • Organize, maintain and update employee files including HRIS systems
  • Assist in the Performance Management, employee relations and audit Processes
  • Supports the administration of Total Rewards, Compensation and Benefit programs
  • Prepares reports as requested by leadership teams
    Qualifications & Requirements:
    • Associate's Degree / Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development preferred
    • 1-2+ years related HR or Recruitment experience in a manufacturing organization;
    • Solid working knowledge of HR processes and related manufacturing.
    • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams and Outlook.
    • Exceptional time management and organization skills.
    • Exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs, and develop solutions and/or options.
