Duties
  • Provide chronic, acute, follow up, and preventative medicine services.
  • perform an adequate & appropriate physical exam related to the patient's primary problem or

    chief complaint
  • Perform procedures in accordance with current competencies & privileges (dependent on the

    resources of the facility)
  • Provide direct patient care to adult male and female patients
  • Thoroughly and coherently document clinical care in a timely manner, according to the standards

    of The Joint Commission and facility policy
