Job Overview

As a Steward for Quirk Hotels you will be responsible for the up keep and cleanliness of the kitchen. Working in a fast-paced environment keeping up with the demands for dish ware and keeping the kitchen a clean and safe environment. The ideal candidate has a strong desire to give high quality guest service and strives to maintain a strong team environment.

Essential Functions

Work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
Maintain a food safe environment that meets local and state health requirements
Maintain Kitchen equipment and demand for dishes during breakfast, brunch, or dinner services ex: pots, pans, plates, glass and flat ware.
sweep and mop floors
Other tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Manager on duty
QualificationsKitchen experience of one year or more is preferred
The ability to push, pull, or lift 50 pounds
Knowledge of food storage and proper snatiation Practices
Prioritization, organization and communication skills are a must in this role
