What does the Master Data Business Process do at Swire Coca-Cola? Our Master Data Business Process will provide strategic leadership for the design, development, implementation, and monitoring of master data standards. Ensuring that data quality standards that align with the business objectives of the organization will be a top priority for the individual joining our team. In this position you are responsible for master data strategy, the common master data single book of record, and related processes to continuously evolving in support of changing business needs, strategy, and data integrity. This position influences and partners with strategic leadership, business functions, and business partners ranging across all Swire Coca-Cola bottling partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Define master data collection and cleansing process that ensures all stakeholders contribute required information in a complete and accurate manner, consistent with established standards, with reviews/approvals where appropriate
  • Enter and maintain master data in the ERP system with high degree of accuracy
  • Develop master data management and data governance tools as an enabler of firmwide data and product strategy
  • Communicate and measure compliance and enforce activities and behaviors to achieve adoption the enterprise and line of business directions
  • Establish a controlled data management environment through planning, funding, prioritization, stewardship, oversight, communication, training, and monitoring data quality by serving as a liaison between the strategic and day to day operational functions
  • Collaborate and work CONA and Swire leadership to implement data cleaning activities, new data solutions, evolve data SLAs
  • Communicates and documents program quality outcomes and progress metrics with professional deliverables
  • Ensure knowledge base is kept up to date and upheld by auditing team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Information technology, business or related field, or equivalent education and experience required
  • 4+ years' Experience building master data management (MDM) systems for large-scale enterprise environment required
  • Business acumen understanding direction, priorities, and goals of organization
  • Data analysis experience with large data sets required
  • Analytical problem-solving experience required
