We are seeking a talented candidate to build and own our internal actuarial function. This position is part of the risk analytics group and supports our overall actuarial, reporting, and research functions.

Essential Functions:
Work with the broader data science and catastrophe modeling team with pricing strategy development, and lead in preparation of rate filing materials Develop dashboard that demonstrates current program mis pricing Develop IBNR Analysis for all Florida Peninsula Subsidiaries for Personal Lines Property Insurance Quarterly presentations and review of IBNR estimates for management and claims Develop a reserve automation process, including research on emerging approaches to storm related claim development Develop monthly monitoring tools for development patterns Understand our claims process and provide analytics to improve claims processes Support financial reporting and forecasting functions
