The Opportunity

As a Celebrity Manager at HSN, you will help champion the individual brand strategies of our celebrity partners. You will be the central liaison between HSN and the celebrity's team, ensuring collaboration to achieve success in our live broadcasts and beyond. We ask that you have a background in retail, strategic partnerships, public relations, or celebrity management, who is dedicated to delivering

You will report into the Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships and Celebrity Outreach for HSN, and you will support and build into the over-arching strategy laid out by the Senior Manager, and the Director of Business Development.

Your ImpactChampion Celebrity Brand Strategies: Serve as the primary advocate for identified celebrity partners, understanding their unique brand identity and vision, and communicating compelling on-air and digital content for HSN.Communication Hub: Act as the central point of HSN contact for the celebrity's team, facilitating coordination with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Social Media, PR, Digital, Broadcast, and the Merchandising team.Cross-Divisional Collaboration: Represent the celebrity's interests in cross-divisional meetings, ensuring understanding of HSN's overall strategies while advocating for the needs of the celebrity brand.Project Management: Work with the HSN project manager to coordinate the internal team efforts, including scheduling, logistics, asset and content development, social and marketing, as well merchandising deliverables to ensure the successful execution of celebrity brand programs.Talent Liaison: Forge relationships with celebrity talent, understanding their preferences, priorities, and schedules, and address any concerns or challenges to maintain a positive and productive partnership.Streamline Processes: Implement efficient workflows and protocols to refine communication and collaboration between HSN and the celebrity's team, optimizing productivity and minimizing friction points.Live Broadcast Support: Be available to support celebrity brand "live hours" on HSN, including working occasional odd hours, to guarantee a seamless and engaging on-air experience for viewers.What You BringYou hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, PR, Communications, or related field.You have 5+ years of experience in retail, strategic partnerships, public relations, or celebrity management/talent agency.Experience managing partnerships and delivering results.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build partnership and collaborate with diverse team members.Organizational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility and adaptability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, to support live broadcasts and accommodate the schedules of celebrity talent.Passion for the entertainment industry and an understanding of celebrity culture and trends.
