Minimum: Joining a group of 4 providers (1 Neurosurgeon), DO, PA and an NPSpine and Cranial Neurosurgery cases annually possible based on surgeons expertise and assessment.7-10 patients per day when in clinicAverage surgery days range from 2-3 days per week and 2 days in clinic.Anterior cervical discectomy, epilepsy neurosurgery, Chiara decompression, craniotomy, lumbar puncture and laminectomy.Shared monthly and provides consultation to hospital staff.Perform surgeries, meet w/patients to interpret MRIs, CTs and PET scans to assess the patient and decide on a surgical plan. Work on research and clinical trials. Provide consultations.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Completion of a residency and a fellowship in Neurosurgery, in ACGME approved programsCurrent BC/BEValid state medical license as MD or DOValid DEA certificateNew grad or experienced
Pay Range
$ $536.82 /hour
