IU Health Ball Memorial Physicians is looking for an experienced Physician to lead our skilled provider team in
Muncie, Indiana.


This individual will set an example through a strong commitment to top-notch clinical care in their own practice and collaborating with the Administrative Director and Chief Physician Executive to enhance operations in response to patient and workforce needs, focusing on operational excellence and growth.


This leader will collaborate with system stakeholders and administrative partners in various areas including operations, strategic planning, workforce development, continuous improvement, and quality management.


The ideal candidate will be dedicated to education, fostering an environment that supports the teaching and research missions of the Indiana University School of Medicine.


Position Details:


  • Physician Leader for Urology, Bariatrics/Medical Weight Loss, CT/CV Surgery, General Surgery, Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Otolaryngology, Plastics, Podiatry, Wound Care
  • Adjunct Faculty appointment with Indiana University School of Medicine
Schedule: Full-time, including administrative duties

Qualifications:

  • Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience
  • BC with Fellowship required
  • Physician MD/DO licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
