What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide advice and counsel on performance management issues and facilitate discussions to address performance gaps
- Conduct independent investigations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Respond to complex HR policy questions and support managers in interpreting HR policies
- Advise managers on compensation, bonus, and recognition programs to motivate teams
