A day in the life - Get ready to think big, work smart and shine bright
Relationship Management - Build and cultivate professional external relationships with various campus, professional and community partners.Candidate Experience - Lead a campus team, ensuring a robust recruiting approach passionate about candidate experience, a relentless commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, timeliness, and quality.Strategy - Create a corporate-wide strategy to grow and market the U&CR programs while developing hiring strategies to meet the company's long-term needs. Work with internal partners to apply workforce plans to identify intern/grad needs and evolving skills.Solution oriented and Continuous Improvement - Be innovative with a growth mindset and drive initiatives for creative candidate generation to ensure a broad, diverse pipeline is available to meet the needs of the business.Program Management - Create an informative summer intern program with event coordination and management. Supervise the program budget while developing processes for better operational efficiency. The role will be responsible for leading trends and changes to the university program to ensure an outstanding program.Leadership - The role will lead a team of campus recruiters passionate about outstanding recruiting programs. The U&CR Manager will oversee the professional growth and development of team members for current and future roles.The essentials
Five or more years of experience in recruitment.Two or more years of experience as a supervisor with direct reports or as a team lead.Experience with university, college relations, and/or recruitment programs.Willing to travel to campus or community events to include heavier travel during the fall season, and evening and weekend commitments during peak seasons. The preferred A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business or related field.Experience with diversity recruitment outreach strategies and creating new partnerships.Experience coordinating and hosting large-scale events.Experience with SuccessFactors/Taleo or similar applicant tracking system.Experience creating and implementing a wide range of campus recruiting strategies.Varied experience using social media tools and technology to recruit in the university/college environment.Experience developing and cultivating partnerships with schools and external affiliates to market programs and services to students.Experience in energy/utility industry. You should know This position's work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days.
