Duties
  • Makes assignments based on capability and expertise and Plans work to be accomplished by subordinates.
  • Evaluates the work performance of subordinates.
  • Develops performance standards.
  • Gives advice or instruction to subordinates on work and administrative matters.
  • Develops and implements local policies and procedures for carrying out law enforcement activities including investigations, apprehending violators, interagency coordination, education, and other law enforcement related activities.
  • Analyzes criminal activity resource vandalism, and violation programs.
  • Participates in search and rescue activities.
  • Develops networks and builds alliances; collaborates across boundaries to build strategic relationships and achieve common goals.
  • Prepares investigative reports, correspondence.
  • Drafts law enforcement activities and resource protection press releases and publicity, brochures, and publications
  • Provides technical assistance in developing and administering law enforcement agreements that require liaison and coordination
