In this critical role, you will balance resources and project deliverables, create, execute, and monitor a scheduling management system to propel our continued success and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary liaison with business development, project management, engineering, manufacturing, and logistics regarding project plans and schedules.

Collaborate with departments to establish schedules and plans that allocate resources effectively to meet project deliverables and deadlines.

Manage demand based on multiple project deliverables and provide accurate schedules to department leads and stakeholders.

Develop a master schedule reporting structure to track performance against project plans and deliveries.

Handle load leveling and resource bottlenecks for precise scheduling.

Analyze and report on engineering and production hours.

Establish, measure, monitor, and adjust capacity levels to execute all project delivery schedules.

Determine available capacity before project kick-offs to align resources or identify potential bottlenecks.

Engage in capacity management during business development planning and forecasting.

Collaborate with business development and production to compare current and anticipated orders with available inventory and communicate additional supply needs.

Alert appropriate staff of master schedule changes or delays.

Participate in periodic forecasting meetings with business development and other related departments.

Assist with resource requirements during annual pipeline reviews.

Recommend changes in resources to meet target levels.

Generate weekly reports on project delivery statuses, identifying schedule changes and their impacts.

Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications Required (Skills)

Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field, or equivalent experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant fieldProven organizational, project management and leadership skillsProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and production planning systemsExceptional interpersonal/written communication skills; can effectively interact with all levels of managementAbility to work collaboratively with a diverse interdisciplinary teamStrategic thinker, strong analytical skills, able to synthesize considerable and complex dataAbility to work on multiple projects with limited direction
The selected candidate may be required to submit to fingerprinting, drug screening, and additional background investigations in connection with this position. Wearing safety equipment (hardhat, steel-toe boots, protective vest, and protective eyeglasses) when working on railroad properties is also a requirement. ENSCO will provide all necessary safety equipment.
