RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking an Associate Director IT, Analytical Platforms to own all the analytical platforms in Kraft Heinz globally. The AD will own all the projects, operations, budget, planning, and licensing related to the KH analytical platforms in our on-prem and cloud environments. You will be responsible for 3 direct reports.
Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring reliable service (availability, performance and cost) from all the data warehousing, data operations, visualizations and self-serving analytics platforms that KH operates:
    • SAP HANA
    • Snowflake
    • BigQuery
    • Azure
    • Databricks
    • Alteryx
    • PowerBI
    • Tableau
  • Direct responsibility for the budget allocated to analytical cloud platforms
  • Oversight in license management of the analytical licensed SW
  • Execution of all the technical migration projects related to the analytical platforms (upgrades, re-platforms).
  • This role collaborates with the Assoc Director - Analytics Architecture, hosting and security in planning the roadmap for all the technologies related to the analytical space.
  • He/she also partners with the PPM licensing team to optimize the use of licenses


Qualifications :

  • Successful track record formulating and implementing analytical roadmaps and supporting organizations
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Manage externation vendors and contractors
  • Proven ability to lead and influence teams
  • Extensive data analytics delivery experience
  • Experience managing cloud based budgets and familiar with Azure and Snowflake invoicing processes
  • Advanced technical knowledge on the following platforms:
    • SAP HANA
    • S4
    • Azure Cloud
    • Snowflake
    • GCP / Big Query
    • Databricks
    • Tableau
    • PowerBI
  • Experience optimizing 'big data' data pipelines, architectures and data sets.
  • Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets.
  • Working knowledge of message queuing, stream processing, and highly scalable 'big data' data stores.

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment
