What You Will be Responsible For

As the Kearny Plant Controller, you will be primarily responsible for the following -

  • Living the safety stand, while adhering to all safety standards and responsibilities.
  • Ensuring the proper existence of & adherence to compliance and internal controls.
  • Partnering with Plant Leader to lead operations planning & plant processes.
  • Conducting financial planning, forecasting, reporting & analysis to create financial transparency and to encourage effective decision-making.
  • Actively leading and contributing within a cross-functional leadership team.
  • Driving plant productivity.
  • Managing site security functions
  • Leading the Shipping/Receiving/Sourcing Department which consists of two (2) nonunion staff members and seventeen (17) union staff members.
