Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program
  • Current certification as a Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • Valid New York State RN license
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Proficiency in EPIC electronic medical record system is desirable
